No-Bake Pie(Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 no-bake crumb crust pie shell
3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. frozen whipped dairy topping, thawed or Cool Whip
Preparation

In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped topping.
(I use Cool Whip.)
Pour into pie shell.
Freeze 4 to 6 hours.
Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
