White Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cake flour
2/3 c. Crisco
4 egg whites
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix other ingredients and fold into beaten egg whites.
Bake in three layers at 350\u00b0.
