Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and egg, then add lemon juice and lemon peel, salt, raisins and water.
    Cook over hot water for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
    Pour in lined 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
