No Tomato Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 broiler-fryer chicken parts
    3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/16 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    In small saucepan, melt butter.
    Add onion; cook until onion is transparent.
    Add next 7 ingredients, stirring well.
    Slowly pour in water, stirring until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat. Brush chicken with sauce.
    Grill, skin side up, about 8 inches from heat.
    Cook about 1 hour (until fork-tender), turning and basting every 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
