Orange Cream Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 c. orange juice
    3 c. whole milk
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Stir sugar and salt into lemon and orange juice. Add milk, whipping cream and half and half. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Yield: 1 gallon.
