Rice Timali - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grained rice, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
    1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
    4 oz. mushrooms, cut lengthwise
    8 oz. streaky bacon or bacon bits
    1 small tin sweet corn
    selection of Wurst sausages
Preparation
    Fry onion in a little fat; add peppers, then mushrooms and chopped bacon.
    Cook until done.
    Add rice, sweet corn and sliced Wurst sausage, previously heated through.
    Mix well.
