Quick Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients by hand in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan (do not butter or grease pan).
Mix in liquid ingredients until smooth.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass pan).
