Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. green chile, diced
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    garlic salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Delicious with tortilla chips or crackers.
