Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
1 No.3 can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, pumpkin and vanilla, beat well.
Combine dry ingredients, then add to batter.
Stir in nuts.
