Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. margarine
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in top of double boiler. Stir constantly, cook until thick and smooth.
Add egg yolks, butter, salt and lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes.
Pour into one 9-inch pie shell and top with meringue.
