Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. sliced pork ribs
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 garlic cloves
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim fat carefully.
    Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered and then uncovered for 30 minutes.
