Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. + 1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Divide shortening in half.
Work 1/2 into the dry ingredient mixture, until smooth.
Work other 1/2 into the mixture until just about the size of a pea.
Make well in center and add the ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
