Albondigas Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. either lean ground beef or beef and pork combination or ground turkey or ground turkey breast (your preference)
    1 egg or egg substitute equivalent
    2 minced cloves garlic
    1 carrot, shredded or minced
    1/2 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped or snipped
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into 3/4 to 1-inch balls and cook in a frypan.
    Set aside to drain on paper towels.
