Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ice water
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add the remaining ingredients.
    Roll with palms of hands into finger lengths.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet in a moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
