Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. and 2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. chopped banana
2/3 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix powders in bowl.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir, do not beat with mixer.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and chocolate chips. Spoon into well-greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan (2). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
(Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn onto cooling rack.)
Cut into 4 thin layers and fill.
