Bourbon And Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. bourbon
4 eggs
1 c. dark or light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
8 oz. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
10 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Soak pecans in bourbon.
Mix eggs with sugar until smooth. Slowly add corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla.
Let stand for four minutes.
Add chocolate chips and bourbon soaked pecans. Pour into the pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
