Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground carrots, cooked until tender
    1/4 c. ground, blanched almonds
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. condensed milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Place in buttered ring mold and bake in pan of water about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Fill center of mold with English peas and serve.
