Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice, cooked
6 medium peppers
1 onion
1 egg, mixed
tomatoes or sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except peppers.
Slice stem end from peppers.
Remove seeds.
Stuff mixture in peppers.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour tomatoes or large can of sauce over peppers. Cover dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove cover last 15 minutes.
