Gnocchi(Makes 3 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. instant potatoes
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the potatoes, boiling water and egg yolks.
    Let rest awhile.
    Mix with the butter; mix fast.
    Add the flour, one cup at a time.
    You will have a large ball of dough.
    Cut pieces, then roll each piece into a rope.
    Cut pieces about 3/4-inch long from the top.
    With the index and middle finger, dig the pieces.
    They will have an indentation in them.
    Cook in boiling water until done.
    They do not take long to cook.
    Serve with spaghetti sauce and meatballs.
