Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. fruit in season
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Stir in milk and vanilla making a thin batter.
    Place fruit over the batter.
    Do not stir.
    Dot butter on top of fruit. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
