Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cut margarine into Bisquick; add milk.
    Mix well.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Roll out 1/8-inch thick rectangle.
    Mix sausage and spread on rectangle.
    At this point, you can put grated cheese.
    Roll jelly roll fashion; wrap in waxed paper, then foil. Keep frozen.
    When ready to use, slice 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Good for brunch.
