Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. top round, cut in 2-inch square pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. dill seed
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil. Remove. Cook onion in drippings. Add mushrooms and cook. Blend flour with 1/4 cup broth and add to pan. Add beef broth gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, dill weed and dill seed.
    Place ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream just before serving over noodles or rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
