Easy Pickle Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 c. cukes (smaller the better), sliced thin
1 c. onion, sliced thin
1 c. bell pepper, sliced thin
2 c. sugar
1 c. white or cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Boil sugar, vinegar,
salt
and celery seed until sugar is dissolved.\tLet cool;
pour over pickles, onion and pepper. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Ready
to eat.
Do not freeze.
Keeps a month or so, covered.
