Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large or 3 small eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. cut up rhubarb
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except rhubarb.
Pour over the rhubarb in an unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Makes its own top crust.
