Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add flour and eggs and beat well.
    Add buttermilk and flavoring.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) shallow pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until brown.
