Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    water (as needed)
    1 small can chopped chilies
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 diced onion
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 can tomato sauce and bits
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can chili
    1 can Ranch Style Spanish rice
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger meat.
    Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until cooked well.
    Pour over corn chips; top with grated cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts and all is hot.
