Cherry Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour.
    Shape dough into ball and wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill for several hours.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll each portion into a 9 x 14-inch rectangle.
