Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    3 sweet peppers, cut up (1 each yellow, green and red)
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 c. water
    2 lb. smoked sausage, cut to bite-size, precooked to remove some of the fat
    1 large can pineapple in juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except sausage) and cook over low heat until thickened.
    Add sausage and chunk pineapple and juice.
    Simmer for at least 1/2 hour.
