Corn And Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. pimento, diced and drained
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute green peppers and onions in margarine.
    Add corn, pimentos and eggs.
    Pour in greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until firm.
    (Optional:
    may top with French fried onions or cracker crumbs.)
