Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
    1/2 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans.
    Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
    Brush occasionally with mixture.
    Serves 8.
