Lumpia Fried(Phillippine Egg Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sliced onions
    1/2 c. shelled shrimp, sliced fine (approximately 1/4 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. green beans, thinly sliced diagonally
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large sweet potato or yam, coarsely grated
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. chunk style peanut butter, if desired
    12 egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers (6-inch squares)
    vegetable oil for frying (3/4-inch deep)
    2 garlic cloves
    1 c. pork, sliced fine (1/4 lb.)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
Preparation
    In 3 tablespoons hot oil, brown garlic.
    Add onions, then pork.
    Cook 5 minutes on high heat, then add shrimp.
    Reduce heat, season with salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in green beans, cook for 1 minute, then add cabbage, sweet potato, soy sauce and m.s.g.
    Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
    Cool.
