Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Mix warm mashed potatoes with sifted sugar.
Roll out in an oblong shape and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up into jelly roll and cut in slices.
