Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 small or 2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. thinly sliced apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix eggs and salad oil until foamy.
Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts and mix well.
Add apples and nuts and mix. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
