Healthy Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/3 c. sliced scallions
    2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until thickened.
    Add cheese, green pepper and scallions to the sauce and mix well.
    Stir in turkey and spaghetti; mix well.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
