Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) jar sweet relish
    8 boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mustard
    1 celery stalk (1/2 c.)
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil eggs and potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring lightly. Use salt when boiling.
    Mix all ingredients together, except 1 egg, paprika and celery (use these for decorating top of salad).
