Easy Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up or equivalent amount in specific pieces
    about 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    about 2 c. crispy rice cereal, slightly crushed
Preparation
    Rinse chicken pieces.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in cereal to coat.
    Place chicken pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet.
    The foil is for easy clean up.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
