Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. cake or pastry flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. frozen blueberries (dusted with cake flour)
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add milk slowly while mixing.
Fold in frozen blueberries just prior to spooning batter into greased or paper lined tins.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
