Simple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. instant dry milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure water into large bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast over water.
    Add dry milk, sugar, salt, butter and about half the flour.
    Beat 3 minutes.
    Add remaining flour and knead until smooth.
    Divide into 2 equal parts and form into loaves.
    Place into greased bread pans and let rise until about double.
    Bake about 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
