Sigara Borek(Turkish Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. goat cheese, grated or crumbled
    1/2 oz. parsley
    1 egg
    2 sheets phyllo
Preparation
    Cut each phyllo sheet into 4 pieces.
    Place some filling along the long side of each piece.
    Fold the edge over the filling, tuck in the ends and roll like a cigarette.
    Brush some water on the seam to ensure it sticks and fry in very hot oil for 5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper, then serve hot.
