Peachy Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 - 3 oz. pkg. peach, apricot or orange gelatin
    2 c. unsweetened frozen sliced peaches
    1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. whipped topping
    1 - 9 oz. graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in water until smooth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thick.
    Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved.
    Add peaches and refrigerate approx. 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
