Sugar-Free Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    14 pkg. Equal
    dash of salt
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil rice, milk and salt for 1 hour over medium heat.
    Stir often.
    Rice should be well done.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and Equal.
    If runny, thicken with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
