Batter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 unbeaten egg
    apples or other fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.
    Add milk, oil and egg and beat well.
    Arrange fruit in baking pan and spread mixture over fruit.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon over everything and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is brown.
