Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Pour oil and milk in a measuring cup.
    Do not stir.
    Pour in dry ingredients and stir with fork until mixture cleans sides of the bowl. Smooth by kneading dough 10 times.
    With dough on wax paper, press out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with unfloured biscuit cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
