Crab And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Combine rice, sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
