Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. country-style ribs
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. sugar
garlic powder or salt
Preparation
-
Sprinkle garlic powder or salt generously over meat.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
