Corn Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar (less if desired)
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. corn (fresh, thawed, frozen or drained canned corn)
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add flour, corn, butter, milk and seasonings.
Pour into casserole dish and cover.
Bake 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
