Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (17 oz.) can Shoepeg corn, drained
    2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    4 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 avocado, peeled, chopped and soaked in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips. A healthy snack and great for when the gang's over to watch the game!
