Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. whole milk, 1 1/2 quarts
    1 c heavy cream, 1/2 pint
    1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
    2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice, seeds to be removed
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. peeled and coarsely chopped fresh Georgia Peaches
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into 1 gallon electric ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufactures instructions, about 35 to 40 minutes. Freeze until firm. Freeze any leftovers immediately. Yield about 1 gallon.
