Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 5 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drain off a little juice
    1 pkg. Tostado chips
    1 onion
    cheese
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Blend soups, tomatoes and onion. In a casserole dish sprayed with Pam, layer crushed chips, chicken and soup mixture (3 layers).
    Top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes.
