Hurry Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (do not use low-fat)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation

Saute onion and curry in margarine. When onion is soft, add soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and chicken. Stir until smooth (it will be thick).
Lastly, add chicken bouillon for flavoring. Simmer mixture for 2 minutes. Serve over hot noodles or rice. Can garnish with bananas, chutney or coconut.
Serves 4.
